My salesman (named Tyler) was a liar and unethical. Fed me a bunch of hogwash about runflat tires, how my Sirius radio would hook up, financing, etc. I also had to go back twice to get the all-weather floormats he promised me, plus the cargo net. Gave me the wrong cargo net, hence the 2nd trip. Then he gave me some grief about the cargo net saying he had to take it from another customer to give it to me, trying to make me feel guilty or some s***. About the financing, he gave me X days to bring in the second half of my down payment check, and within 2 days after I took the car, he was on the phone hounding me about it. I later found out from his manager that X days is more than twice the normal amount of time they give people to bring in the rest of a down payment, so no wonder he was all over me about it.
He eventually got fired for god knows what reason. The service folks told me he got canned because of his mistruths to customers, the sales people said he got canned due to some accident that happened.
The only thing I was able to get out of them was 2 oil changes. They disregarded the other lies about the car by essentially saying I should have known better (example: "Runflats aren't even an option on this car, sir". Not my friggin' job to know that, if my salesman tells me that and he's supposed to be the expert on the car, then I expect them to be on there. Total BS and I won't buy a car from them again.
Terrible post sales experience coupled with a "tough luck" from management about the whole thing means I can't suggest them at all.
