Help With Sirius Radio

Having a problem with my facotry installed Sirius Radio in my CX9. Only thing I can get on my screen is invalid channel. contacted serius and they said I have to go to the Mazda dealer to get a Hard Reset of my Sirius Radio. Found a few posts on the internet about how to Hard Reset the radio. the steps are as follows. turn on radio for 5 minutes, switch to FM band for 30 seconds, return to sirius radio...Well it didnt work. Before I contact Mazda has anyone else had this problem or does anyone else know what it takes to hard reset the radio?? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
