Help with PG manifold install!

Got as far as removing the top heatshield of the stock manifold and am not sure how to proceed. I am pretty sure I can get 13 of the 14 bolts out...it's that one underneath the two far runners that I can't figure out how to get to.

I am planning on adding a Corksport DP soon and am now seeing that the install for that should probably go along with this manifold, but I just gotta know how the hell anyone else got to that bolt?!

I have searched this and other MS3 sites trying to see install pics and stuff, but no one really mentioned this problem...am I missing something here?

Thanks...

go under the car? f you have the stock DP in the access might be different but on my car we got underneath it at one point to get at a bolt.

You need a racheting, floppy head, 14mm wrench like these:

Make sure to put neverseize on every nut and bolt before reinstalling them.

Some of my favorite tools right there.... I love being able to reach stuff that my friends can't.

Stock DP on right now, so maybe that's why this is trickier?

Thanks for the tip about those wrenches, gonna pick some up today.

I am just going to wait and do the manifold install at the same time I put the DP on. It looks like alot of the work is redundant and this seems like a job you only want to do once.

Does anyone know of a how-to that's been posted on the PG manifold? That would be helpful too.

I never did a how-to because it is fairly straight-forward. The hardest parts are really difficult to translate via cell phone pictures. If you have any questions during the install process, feel free to PM me.

in the same boat, attempted install but got stuck on having the right tools obviously to remove the nuts from the mani/engine side

pm sent TheDoc

Hinged head 14mm racheting wrench FTW.. i also used and inverted E-20 torx wrench for more leverage.
