Help with MBC

I just got done installing a JoeP. MBC and can't seem to get the boost to stay below 15psi(and thats where I let off the gas). I believe that I have it hooked up correctly, but I'm still new to turbos and not positive about it. The hose on top runs to the bottom of the T fitting. The hose on bottom runs to the fitting where the original hose ran to the bottom of the T fitting. I hope this makes sense.

I just switched it around. Hopefully that was the problem.

Yup you had it on backwards at first.

Hose opposite the adjusting screw goes to compressor - hose perpendicular to adjusting screw goes to wastegate.
