Help with lowering springs

I'm pretty sure this is a spring issue, but not positive. I bought my car with the springs on it and they always did this, but it is getting worse. Every time I go over a bump (speed bumps are the worst) my car makes a horrible crunching sound. I'm not bottoming out, but it sounds like the springs are getting torqued in some awful way. It is more prominant in the front but the back springs squeak a little while at low speeds and while turning. Before I stick this on the springs and start looking into buying new ones, I want to make sure that is the issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this?

Is it the sway bar bushings? Mine front sway bar squeaks pretty bad when i go over a speed bump, the rear use to squeak all the time due to the clunk. But got the clunk fix and no problems. Maybe try replacing your sway bar bushings and see if it makes a difference.

would replacing the bushings on my rear bar fix it you think or do you have to go with the clunk fix?

Ok I just purchased new bushings. Anything I need to know about install or anything or is it pretty straight forward?

Put some synthetic grease on the new ones. Its an easy job. Use a breaker bar if needed to break loose the bracket bolts.

Its pretty straight forward. Getting new bushings should solve the problem for a while, but for me they usually only last like 4-5 months before it gets squeaky. So i finally got the clunk fix and problem solved! BTW did you get new bushings for the front yet?

I ordered them but I have not received them yet. I can't seem to find the clunk fix anywhere right now haha.

Why do you ask?

Ooo the clunk fix was a group buy, and they are no longer being made. I haven't changed my front bushings yet just wondering if it fixed your problem.

Dang bummer on the clunk fix... oh well... Well the bushings are in the mail and they should be here in a couple of days. I'm planning on doing the install next Tuesday or Wednesday. I am doing all 4 of em so I will letcha know the result for sure!
