Help with aftermarket wheels

Has anyone found aftermarket "lightweight" wheels in a 49-55 offset? I curse the 55 offset I have been stuck with.

I use a set of Kosei K1-TS wheels for my Protege. I think they're 14 lbs apiece.

I also have a set of Team Dynamics Pro Race 1s that are about 15lbs each.

The Koseis are cheaper and available at Tire Rack. I'd recommend them. Both sets are offset of +50, 17x7.

I also have Kosei K1-TS. They weigh 14lbs a piece, ~34lbs with 215/45/17 tires on 'em.

The website didn't list the offset at 50. That sounds like a good idea. BTW, did you have a good drive home from the midwest?

I had thought that the Team Dynamics were a little cheaper ($160 each?)
The Kosei's are available in 50 offset but I would call tirerack and make sure that is what you get (people have been reporting that they get the +50 offset when they order een if it does not say it in the orginal order.

I called Tire Rack to get the +50 wheels, rather than online.

Yup, we had a good drive back. FYI, I finished 4th at the C&D thing.... I think I was fast enuff for the win, but I threw away that 2nd run.... Oh, well....

Still a great accomplishment! I couldn't get the hang of that stupid car. (hand) I was excited to be there though.
