Hum, first check you bov, make sure its not too soft.
If you have a FMIC or SMIC, check all the pipe and connector make sure there is no leak.
I have a EBC, I dont think those things will leak.

hmm u think cuz of the nice weather i should take out a washer or 2 in my bov?? im running the stock smic..aloing w/the turbohoses hardpipes...ill recheck all my lines tommorrow and see

I was having major stalling issues last week so I took off the MBC and tightend the BOV to make sure it wasn't leaking. I remind you I have had an open vent Type S for like 6 months now with no problems. I had to use the ebrake and other ways to keep the car from stalling at stoplights, but when I was driving on the highway I noticed ti was going to 10psi without the MBC on. I was freakin out so I got home let it sit overnight and then worked on it in the morning. I went to take the BOV off and put the HKS recirc back on and the BOV line fell off into my hand. Right there was my problem, the only thing holding the line on was the fact it was attached to the BOV on one end and the other end was inside that foam cover stuff. Since the BOV and wastegate are off the same Manifold line thats why it was stuck at 10psi. As soon as I changed the line from the Mani-BOV and WG it ran fine and was holding stock boost... Point of the story, I didn't think it was the hose either but so much of it is coverd up by that foam stuff you cant really tell until you take it off.

Do you have the boost contoller turned way down? Some will leak if try to turn them down too much (JoeP) not sure about the turboxs ones.
