Hello everyone this is my first post I really need some help, when I go to start my car sometimes it won't start up for a few seconds and when it does sometimes it will idle between 1-2 k rpms and then after 5 mins it idles really low and sometimes dies. (sometimes it just idles really low from the start)but under acceleration the car runs fine, at idle my vaccum gauge says its at about 0 at 55 -60 mph its at about 20.I replaced all the vaccum lines, I took it to a bad shop in my town they said it was the MAF and upstream o2 sensor $325 later it wasn't from searching around I'm assuming the boost accuator but am not sure how to test it, any help would be appreciated. Sorry If this isn't the easy to read I am on a cell phone and this is.a pain in the ass

your vacuum should be around -20 while idling. If your gauge reads 0 while idling, your car is barely running. You can take the line off going to the wastegate actuator and blow in it. If air goes through, your actuator is bad. If no air goes through, then it is something else. Check and make sure all the clamps on your intercooler pipes are tight. If you are stock, look for cracks or broken joints on the plastic pipes.
By the way, welcome to the forums

Well despite whatever it was today while driving to get injector cleaner something happened internally, I think someone said they think its a main seal or a crank seal so I'm just screwed I think I owe 5500 on it and I doubt I could sell it for that

Ok it was a false alarm thank god, I checked the intercooler piping and the boost accuator neither of those I came across a computer and it came up as throttle position sensor, can anyone tell me where that is located ? Thank you
