Hi, It's been a while since I posted but I've been busy with med school and trying to turn my 3 into a 450hp beast. So far is looking good but I'm having a problem... here it goes:

Specs:
GT-35R
3"DP and straight exhaust
stage 3 Spec clutch
Quaiffe LSD
880cc injectors
walbro Fuel pump & fuel return
Pauter rods
Wiseco pistons
& many other things listed on my Car domain page.

Well, the build up is "complete" and I spent a few hours last night on the dyno. Results were nice but couldn't reach our objective due to CEL. This following Dyno pull was at 9psi, as you can see very nice and smooth. All was going well, this was the very first pull BTW, but then when we tried going up to 13-14psi the CEL would come on at about 5k RPM's as you can see in the 2nd sheet. I know is the MAF sensor on the intake, my question is: When I had this same problem with the other set up I made a 1"hole on the intake past the MAF and that gave me a cpl of more PSi to play with with the CEL coming on, now this intake is 3"!!!! and still get the same problem... Is there a way to put any kind of electric/electronic device (i.e. resistor, capacitor... no freaking clue! SOMETHING!) on the MAF electric cables to limit the read out of the MAF or anything of that sort? I know the CEL is coming on because of the amount of air coming in and the voltage spike it produces on the sensor makes the factory ECU retard timing and hence the drop you see on graph 2. Any ideas from you electronic gurus or anyone for that matter would be appreciated.
BTW the second pull (335 hp) was at 12psi (The potential is huge considering that at 4600+-RP I was already at 330hp)

if your using a microtech i believe there is a way to adjust the maf to tell it the intake tubing is bigger so it will give you the correct readings... talk to steve at nsn if it is a microtech if its the haltech i would talk to juan he has to have gotton around that to put out 500+hp

It's a Haltech... I have the same set up Juan has but with a GT35r. I talked to Juan and the only thing he sugested was to make a hole past the MAF on the Intake... Don't really want to do that, I know there's got to be another way... I'm checking on this right now to see if it would work with my car.

oh s*** man that sucks... i figured juan would have had the answer for you... hopefully that will work, if not i think its time for a full standalone not just fuel... lol all that money and power you gotta be able to tune the sumbitch...
