So i'm looking to get some advice from anyone who has swpped a 5 speed into their Milly S
As some of you guys on here know, i am swapping a KJ/5speed into my 02' Protege 5
I have it running and running well, at idle at least, when i first fire it up, i can rev it up all the way to redline if i want, but a few seconds later it seems like a rev limiter kicks in at approx. 3-4k rpm

I basically have it ready to take for a test drive once this running issue is worked out, IE all fluids are in it, fan working etc.
I can only assume it is some sort of computer "safe mode" due to not getting a signal from somewhere and i really have no clue where to start looking, so any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated
