help! my WGDC is too high!?

Been trying to raise my boost some and hold it longer in the rpm range but ive noticed my wgdc is always around 99%. My mods are, cobb ATR, CS DP, full exhaust, inlet pipe, FMIC, kmd fuel pump. usually i can just increase the boost with my ATR software but im guessing my high wgdc% is keeping me from doing so,, any one help me out on this one??
 
Well, I'd say you're exhausted WAY beyond what the stock WG can flow so, You're hitting a mechanical wall.

I'd expect with your mods to see WGDC at 0, which means the WG is fully open. ~99% means it's totally closed. If you see 99% all the time, the WG is stuck shut somehow or not activating for other reasons.
 
Other way around. If WGDC is at 99% the ECU is telling the wastegate to stay closed and make more boost. It's not that you are out of wastegate, you are out of turbocharger. The stock turbo can only run so much boost. Simply turning the boost up may not make power, it will probably make a lot of hot air, however. It seems like you are making all the boost you are going to be able to make. I would turn WGDC and boost, down a bit.
 
That's what I think I said. 99% is totally closed.

Observe this similar mod datalog. Note the WGDC plummeting to 0 as the ECU tries to reign in the hyper-flowing exhaust before it explodes the stock pinner.

Perhaps I'm missing the point here, it has been a long week.

OK so what if you are seeing this on a Reworked K04 at 19-20 PSI 99% WGDC at 5k+ RPMS.
