i killed my manual mp5 original engine and i had to replace it with a Japanese automatic engine i used the original fly wheel, pully, and intake manifold from the broken engine for the replacement engine... the car was running good for a a couple of days after replacing the engine now is running like crap...
at first the check engine light would come on and while stop on a red light the car would stall it would go from 800 rpm down to 400-500 rpms and come up quick. i replaced the 02 sensor and the maf sensor and now that problem is fixed the check engine light does not turn on any more....
but i still have an acceleration problem that is getting on my last nerve,
the acceleration is really bad it takes about 5-10 seconds to reach 20-25 mph...
any other things that i should check?

- i already clean the egr valve (i might need a new one?)
- i have no vacuum leaks
- replace bad 02 sensor
- replaced bad maf sensor
any other things that i should check?
