hey overpaying the ticket will work, for a while at least. When tax time comes around they will check all records pertaining to you and will see that you were due a check from whatever city, and see that you didnt cash it, and then the whole situation comes up again. Im not sure but try to find out what the statute of limitations is and you might be able to bypass it that way. Another route is that in each state a "Posted Speed" sign has to be placed every certian number of feet, just find out what it is in NC, ask NC_MP3 to "misplace"

We have a few spots we race at. Only scare so far was the game warden catching us, but he was driving a bronco and we all had fast imports so no one got caught hehe.
