Help:Head reinstalled/ car wont start!

Help!!!!! After having my car torn apart for over 2 months, its finally back together. The bad part is it won't start and stay running for more than 5 seconds. Everything is back to the way its was exactly from what it seems. Its come down to maybe its the Cam Angle Sensor. The guy whose doing the work on my car said this. Please help i just want my car to run again w/o towing it to mazda and paying hella amounts of $$$$$$$$$$$$$'s. Or after taking the head off and getting work done on the head then putting it back on after having the ignition turned on w/o a head should i have to reset the ecu?

Well, we tried his Cam Angle Sensor on my car. No problems there. As it turns out, it could very well just be incompetent workers at the shop where the work was done and a shady business owner trying to give Mark here the run-around.

I won't name any names of the shop or it's employees, mostly because I have a car there as well that I'm trying to get out, but would like to avoid confrontation with them until then.

Yes it's in the shop in Fl. I actually got a diagnosis today and it goes like so: vacum leaks @ #2 and #3 injector seals, inadequate ground for PCM connection, and Hydraulic valve lash adjustors are noisy. And this is from my car being in another shop for 2.5 months. I'm totally pissed to hear that the other place just made things worse for my car. I'm getting it back tommorrow but its still gonna have the valve lash. Dammit man this sucks Donkey Balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad: :mad:

they could have de-magnetized the cams or not seated them properly

Well i got the car back and its great to have it running. The valve lash isnt that bad so its still gotta go back in for that. Until then i'm happy she is running. The cams were not demagnetized either. I'm wingless now too. I traded my wing for a 03.5 but i think im gonna leave it off. I think it looks pretty sweet. too bad i can't see my new sig.

Yeah, now all we need to do is get a trailer and get my VW, my extra engine, and 5-speed transmission out of that shop and back to my house.

The VW has been at the shop since January, and hasn't been touched except to move it further and further back in the yard. But I feel even worse for my other friend who's 240SX has been there for over a year!

I'm just telling you what i was told. I dunno that much about the engine lifters. So............. I'd like to but.....I'm a lil lazy when it comes to working and learning about an engine in the Florida heat. LOL

Well the car is totally fixed now. All i need to do now is get it dynoed and tuned. All it needed was new injector seals. Go figure!!!!!!!!!!

Bah Ha HA, DOH ! Isn't that sad that you had to go thru all that bulls*** just to find out it was a simple fix like that. And that good mechanic's(piss) are that hard to find(drunk)

Well i do not have to worry about my car anymore. It blew up the other day. I threw a rod. Freakin mess. I got it traded in the next day. I am in the process of striping everthing in my Sig off. So i will have a for sale thread here soon.

My buddy works at a dealership and did a trade apraisal off scene. I got my car and they will be picking up the MSP later this week from the lot that it was towed to. My buddy told his boss it was blown and thats it..........Of course i was upside down, but it was taken care of with a trade in value given of 10,000.
