[Help] Black screen after tweak on Mazda 2 (EU CMU 73/74 firmware)

Hi all,

I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I’ve got a 2016 Mazda 2 (EU), and after applying one of the AIO tweaks my infotainment screen has gone completely black. The radio/audio still works fine, but there’s no UI at all.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Soft reset (BACK + NAV + MUTE) - no effect
• Battery disconnect - no effect
• USB update with 74.00.324A - CMU seems to ignore it (possibly because I was already on 74.00.324A, or because the system partition is too corrupted)

Has anyone been through this with a dead screen + working audio, I’d really appreciate any tips on blind updating or tricks to trigger the failsafe.

I know I could take it to a dealer for a re-flash, but I’d love to try the DIY route first if possible.
