Help Asap

Hey i bought the 88 323 GT just to find out the whole thing was rusted to s*** and dangerous when my friend put it on the lift, can anyone tell me how hard it would be to swap the engine, hubs, possibly suspension, the engine wiring harness, ecu, drive axles and wtv else ill be keeping onto either a 93ish 323 or protoge same yearish. I heard from some people that it should be a direct fit, but that same person also told me the car was restorable, and well at the price it would be to restore it id rather put a massive downpayment on a mazda speed 6,(just to give u an idea how bad its rusted) and seeing as i cant affored a mazda speed 6, im going to have to do a swap. So i want the quickest, cheapest, easiest possible swap. Thank you for your help!
