Headlight Problems

My passenger side headlight has gone really dim as if its not getting enough juice, i replaced the stock bulbs with sylvania silverstars and it didn't get any brighter (the drivers side is now blinding) anyoen know whats going on?

Check the fuses in the engine compartment.. what the P5's do when a fuse blows out, it lights the hibeam on one and the low beam on the other or something like that. Lemme know if its the fuses or not..

i'll check tommorow but i doubt it since the p5 has two bulbs and the mp3 is a single bulb dual filiment
