head unit wont come out

so i took my msp to the dealer today to get the a couple things done. they didnt fix any of them by the way but thats not my point. so i turn my car on and my head unit wont flip open, not even half way it just stayed fully closed. So i go back in to the receptionist to find someone to fix it and there is no one there, just her and some other asshole that didnt know what the **** to do. I'm stumped any suggestions?
