Has anybody flashed you or become aggravated with you driving behind them? I have my lights set to the highest level but it never fails, Ive had people flash at me

I have had this happen before a few times. It is interesting that the first setting is for when you are driving alone, yet this is the setting that people seem to be agravated with. I usually leave them on the first setting, but if someone flashes me I'll lower them a notch or two.

Ummm, try setting them to the LOWEST level. You only need them pointed HIGH if you are in Wyoming, at 2am, on a straight level road, doing 100 mph ....

When people flash me I turn on my HID foglights also, and they go blind from all the HID goodness, and run off the road into the ditch...

I get flashed all of the time in my Acura...HID's are indeed bright! Hasn't happened in the 6 yet though.

I used to get flashed in my P5, i had the HKS Hyper grounding kit and some illegal PIAA headlights and fogs. if they flashed my dims I would hit em with the brights.

When you say lowest level, do you mean the lowest number (which is actually the highest setting) or the setting at the bottom of the dial (which is 3, the highest number). I only ask because I left my lights at teh setting they were on when I purchased the car...this being 1. After consulting the manual (IIRC) this was the setting that was suggested if you were driving in the car alone.

I was thinking more of the AIM. On my Speed6 at least you can change the aim of the lights from inside. I keep mine at the lowest aim setting.

I got flashed with my catz but they were a nonspeed 6 issue. They do a funky 45 degree cut off with aftermarket bulbs. the settings is to be low to not blind but hight enought to see. Just rememebr the highest setting doesn't mean you can't still outdrive them. once you lower the car the level will noticbly change. after that nobody had issues unless I was going up a hill.

This may sound dumb but i just brought hom e my ms6 and was wondering how u know if your fog lights are on... Also do they comeo n automatically?

Thanks
