Has anyone been able to use the S-plan for an MS3 out in So*Cal?

I've heard of some dealerships honoring it while others don't. I'm looking to buy an 08.5 MS3 (literally now) if I can find a dealership that will honor the S-plan. Just curious if anyone has done it or know of one that is willing to work with me.
