Make that pipe as straight as possible with the least amounts of bents. Forget about being able to use the stock bov because no one that modifies their car is going to use the stock one anyways. For the pipe from the turbo to the intercooler make that one as straight as possible as well and dont bother making a hole there to mount the bov, that location sucks...
Other companies already make hard piping kits that are similar to the stock intercooler set up. There need to be another company that takes it to the next level and makes it so the kit performs better and has different options.
If you guys over there want to take it even further try making an intercooler relocation kit.
