Hardpipe BOV Poll

How about a FUll front mount with a Spearco IC, One that takes up the lower front grill. Also with an upgraded Rad, and Oil cooler in the Stock IC location. :D

Sell that as a whole kit, and Ill pick it up, with the quickness. Kill 2 birds in 1 kit. Heat, and charge cooling. :D

But seriously, I would rather do a FMIC kit than a pimped out set of pipes for out stock crappy intercooler. Thats just my .02 cents.

Like boost said, a front-mount kit w/ard pipes that fills the entire front lower grill...

If that won't work, a polished or powdercoated hard pipe kit, that will mate cleanly with the Injen intake...(i.e. with a nipple mounted on the upper pipe, so that the recirc valve pipe can just be clamped like it already is)

howbout we get a stock flange welded on there. like something from a wrx, mr2 turbo, skyline, supra tt or something common like that. that way, we can pick out the valve we want and order it as a bolt on for that car. personally i'de like a wrx flange welded on there. there are lotsa bov/bpvs out there that will fit that.

FMIC all the way. The stock IC not in a good location, so why keep using it? I vote for the FMIC.

The stock IC cant handle the boost perssure, it will back up, slow the flow of air, and drastically expand the plastic s*** in there. With Hard Pipes, youll probably run the risk of blowing off a pipe, with higher boost levels, and a hard throttle, :D

FMIC, w/ Hard pipes...i think combining ideas above would work, like giving the option of recirculated or atmospheric BOV fittings on the hard pipes.

Yes!! That

I'd much rather have hard pipes with an upgraded intercooler in the factory position than a front mount. Not bit on cutting my car up to fit it in there. And I like the WRX flange idea. There are some mean sounding BOV's for those. my .02

Mount the bov on the pipe that connects to the throttle body and the intercooler and mount it closer to the throttle body side. Make that pipe as straight as possible with the least amounts of bents. Forget about being able to use the stock bov because no one that modifies their car is going to use the stock one anyways. For the pipe from the turbo to the intercooler make that one as straight as possible as well and dont bother making a hole there to mount the bov, that location sucks...
Other companies already make hard piping kits that are similar to the stock intercooler set up. There need to be another company that takes it to the next level and makes it so the kit performs better and has different options.

If you guys over there want to take it even further try making an intercooler relocation kit.

FMIC is next on our list. we are still kicking the BOV flange ideas around.....

do anyone offer an FMIC w/ hardpipes ? and how much !? most important for me cuz i'm still a jobless student !
