gumball 3000

Ok...how many of you have heard of Gumball 3000? I have 2 of 3 discs covering this race/rally across the states, and was polling interest. If you haven't heard of it, it's basically the Canonball Run in real life, w/ Ferrari's, Morgans, TVR's, Porsches, etc...

This is what I'm thinkin, the video kicks ass, and I'd like to share it, but we're talking about 2 videos of ~ 400MB each. So there would be a huge 56K warning, of course.

give me some feedback...it's a great video.

I have about 1000 pics from all of the people who participated in Gumball & from people who went to see the cars. A guy I know was in it too...his name is Zerin & he drove the yellow Stage III S4, but he no longer has the car.

I could send them to you tomorrow if you want...they're on my work computer, and I don't have the burned discs here at home. Let me know, and I could do it when I get time tomorrow.

ok so apparently i need to request more space on my network drive if i have to host, but i don't think they would approve my request i could share it over aim though when i get it if people want it, you'll be able to download as fast as the aim servers or your connection can handle

ok then...I'll send it to you tomorrow when I get some free time (hopefully....Thursdays & Fridays suck for me) Like I said before, each is ~400MB, and I don't know if I'll be able to .zip it or not. I'll try to so that it's easier to send & load, but I'll have to wait & see.

ok, files over aim is no problem for me so try to send it like that, i'll be able to get it as fast as you can send it (about the only benefit of being on the school's network). no need to zip or anything, most movies don't compress too much anyways, unless you just want to do it to package them together.

there might be a problem then...I don't have AIM at work. I guess I could just sign up & put it on my computer....I'll give that a try as it looks like it'll be the easy way for you to get the file. PM me your AIM screenname so I can look for you tomorrow. Thanks again!

tekimenics is the name of the conpany that made the videos I'm just not 100% sure if that is the right spelling but that F50 getting pulled over doing 187 WOW and the skyline wiht the 3 gas tanks and the F-15 fuel pump god I need more money

teckademics is the company that did mischief 3000, there are other gumball 3000 videos though like the one the guys from jackass did that they released in europe. the teckademics guys post on dtmpower.net

i would use kazaa, but they blocked that and almost every other file sharing port so i have to use Ares, which is less than good

yeah...some of those cars are sick! plus the ferrari's were practically sand blasted on the front air dams! We're gonna try to get these vids up tomorrow (mods, please take note....they're coming...!)
