The way Ferrari did the thing with the Enzo is similar to the way they did it with the F50.. You have to have owned two Ferraris previously, and they didn't have to be both the F40 and F50 like people thought. It was that, and then only people that Ferrari invited to buy the cars were able to. This isn't reselling, it was from Ferrari when they were produced. No more are being made as far as I know. Anyways, the reason they did this is when they did the F50 they had a similar setup, two Ferraris and you can purchase one.. But there was also a 360 day no resell thing you had to sign.. So people were buying the cars and keeping them wrapped up and never driven for the 360 days, and then on day 361 they turned around and sold a brand new F50 for WAY more than they paid for it. I can't imagine how much this PO'ed Ferrari.
