Be careful Mike, I kept my ATP FCD as a last resort to resolve the fuel cut issue. Let us know how everything works out.

BTW, in the video of you VS the Evo IV on youtube, is that with your stock turbo, or the upgraded? Also, what all did the Evo have?

yea thats me! stock turbo!!!! evo has TBE turbo manifold har pipes and reflas at 22 psi! (lol)

new clutch?? i think ur the first one to blow ur clutch because it cant handle the power. i think u are im not 100% sure someone correct me if im wrong

I would imagine that the dealer is not going to warranty anything, so what are you going to do? Spec Clutch maybe?, if its the clutch, my fingers are crossed for you. All I have to say if its the tranny is good luck.

yea! spec clutch! (thumb) yea i really hope its not the tranny! (confused)

i was thinking about having my tranny internals cryo treated next year when i finish all my motor work. Hate to say it but usually if its your clutch, you will just see the rpm's go up and u wont feel any power. Ive never heard of not being able to shift out of gear because of the clutch but who knows with this car. Haven't seen one part that holds up to high power levels.

you say it can be forced into the next gear though, that means your tranny isn't completely shot. but something is wrong! when are you tearing it up, to find out whats wrong for sure?! what stage clutch are you planning on going with? i think i need a stage 3+..prep for my future setup :), but then again i would tear my rear diff right off and leave it laying in the road with that kind of engagement.

CP-E!! WHERE IS OUR MOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!

oh your not tearing into it yourself, nevermind ;) i missed that post

oh nice! i've been waiting for someone to get one and tell us about it!!

I had a similar thing happen on my eclipse. One of the small springs in the clutch plate popped out and wedged itself so that the clutch wouldn't disengage. Clutch pads were still fine, so as long as I could force it into gear I could get power to the wheels.

That sucks about your clutch. But at least you'll get something better in there that can hold up to the power increase. Good luck!
