So I changed my oil lowered it down and started driving home and it sounded like metal gring and it is only when I am moving. It still pulls the same but it has that awful sound coming from the drivers front tire. I checked too see if it was my wheel bearing and everything is tight. Any thoughts??

???? Anyone??? Kinda need to know asap. Too see how much my wallet is gunna hate me.

You are going to have to do a little bit more diagnosis. Do you mean load, as in engine load during acceleration or do you mean any time you are rolling forward? Does it make the same noise in neutral and all gears? How about reverse?

Do they spin freely with the front tires in the air? If you spin one by hand in the air, does the other rotate in the opposite direction? Does it make noise if you run the engine in gear with the tires off the ground (be very careful when doing this)?

Both my font bearings have gone out on me, but they never made a grinding noise, just wobbled.

Check your rotors for witness marks. I had this problem. Bearing and/or hub was slightly out of position. No problems otherwise, but the caliper would drag on the rotor under load.
