Whats your best 1/4 mile time in gran turismo 3 and with what car?

So far I have 8.890 in my RUF rgt

Kinda still on topic: I've resurrected my GT3 too.(thumb) I'm finally finishing all the endurance races before GT4 comes out. Tell you what, though; I'm NOT looking forward to Cote D'azur for 9,000 laps.

I'm one of the hugest GT3 geeks ever, I've got like 70,000 miles driven! I don't actually have the game right now, I'll have to get a used one for $5.00 (mine broke) but I've still got a memory card with about 170 different cars/colors that you can't even SEE in the car dealer, much less buy. for instance:

4 audi TT's yellow, blue, green metalic, red metallic
4 camero race cars
6 GT40 road cars
20 different F1 cars
10 different mini coopers
2 RX8s evolve puaple metalic, mica black
RX7 RS gold, red
RX7 RZ green, yellow
RX7LM green, red, grey, blue black
8 different miatas including mica merlot VR

so if you want a memory card swap that has all kinds of stuff on it, less me know, I'm sure we could work something out.

I have the super save that has every car in the game in every color

Just to let everyone know I read somewhere that if you have a GT3 save on your memory card you get some stuff(can't remember what)in GT4.

If you go to the test track with a car you can run the 1/4 mile time i think.

Under speed test its the 400m race.

Also the koinseg...whatever isnt in gt3

GT4 comes out in march.
also, the fastest car I was able to make was the Pikes Peak car.
