Lol, what's the biggest size you'll be making? I'm a big guy and I don't want my sweater to fit me like spandex, lmao.

hey Brach you said you are having stickers or decals made is there any way i can buy one or two of these by themselfs

thanks
Martin

I want the 4pc set, but the original post says you're still waiting. Do I need to be on a list or anything or can I just PayPal you right now?

Because Crank pully's are made Heavy to help dampen the Harmonic Frequencies that a motor produces thoughout the Rev range.
Without them...Some motors can be damaged .
Now..I am not sure if this is a problem for the protege...and if the There is Still a damper on place or not after removing the pully..But if the Pully is both the damper and the pully in one..Then damage can potentially be done.

That is all.

And BTW...You asked....I wasnt going to post it.
I will be happy to Edit it and delete it if you like.

But again, most Japanese small engines are internally balanced but are still required to have on the pulley....at least last I heard.

It may not cause problems right away..But over many miles..It may.

I doubt it. Like king hippo said there, the FS is internally balanced. In addition to that, aluminum dampens better than steel anyway, so the 1-piece aluminum will do just fine with the resonance.

Lol, you called me king hippo, AWESOME!

But yes i was going to say since aluminum is lighter because its not as dense, it can disipate the vibrations a lot better than steel. But like said earlier, the main reason that the stock pulley is heavy is due to the center piece and the fact that its made out of steel. I just haven't heard of anyone damaging their motors due to the crank pulley being either smaller in diameter or due to it being lighter.

Forcefed, I don't see why your getting upset and saying your going to delete all of your posts.

Lol, what is your deal? But anywho, I will delete them if told by a moderator.

Sorry for threadjacking Brach. Can't wait to get the rest of the things from you.
