upgrade tires/rims before brakes. Big brake system on stock mishitins/badyears will promote lockup quicker than stock configuration.

As for wemen not liking that...thats not entirely true. I know a few females on 20's. One has 20's on a civic. Not a gender thing...its a culture thing. Thats as far as I will take that convo before it goes in dept of what culture does what
