Edmunds "true market value" price for that set up would be either $33750 for FWD or $35000 for AWD. Both include destination. The price may vary a bit regionally, those are for New England. There is still 0% financing available and perhaps more of a discount if you pay cash.

You really need to use Edmunds to get a TMV with ALL options considered. I've not seen many 2010 CX9's on the lot with "just" moonroof and navi. With those two options, you'll usually find other options installed like roof rails, etc.

Here is what Edmunds show for TMV....about $36,200 if you have the rails in addition to the other parts of that moon/navi package.

2010 Mazda CX-9
Grand Touring 4dr SUV AWD (3.7L 6cyl 6A)

Optional Equipment
1MC Moonroof and Bose/Sirius Audio Package
NV3 Navigation
1RV Auto-Dimming Mirror w/Rearview Camera Display
LG2 Power Liftgate
RCK Roof Rails
Brilliant Black Clearcoat
Total with Options
MSRP $40,200
TMV $36,297

Go price it yourself at edmunds.com....there are some price differences for different parts of the country.

Mazda now has $1000 of rebate or 0% APR.
If you intend to buy, $1000 off invoice is the target price to negotiate.
Dealers will add several "fees" such as "assessment fee", etc.
Factor them all in, and compare dealers' quote around your area.
TMV of edmunds is not always right on depending on your area.

edmunds.com's forum on CX9 buying experiences has more info on pricing.
