Good price for a 2012 CX9 GT AWD?

Hello everyone,
I'm getting ready to take the plunge on a new CX-9 and have been reading the various posts on pricing. I want to get some input to see if my expectations are realistic before I dive in. I'm looking at a new 2012 CX-9 GT AWD (black/black) with the moonroof/bose & power liftgate packages. I have found that the GT is available locally without nav in my area (Massachusetts). MSRP is 38,575. Based on the other CX-9 pricing threads it looks like I should be paying 33,000 and 33,500 (before TTL) after deducting rebates (currently 1500 to the dealer & 750 to buyer?). Does that sound about right?

In PA, with AWD, Nav, Sunroof, Power Liftgate and Roof Rails, in March I paid $34,299--so without nav, I would think that you could definitely get really close to $33k. Good luck.

On Friday I picked up a white/tan 2012 GT AWD with Nav, moonroof, and power liftgate for $35,450 before tax and after rebates ($500 customer loyalty and $750 customer cash from financing deal). I might've been able to go a little lower but was in a hurry, left for a week in the mountains on Sunday.

This is the third Mazda I've purchased since 2007 (we go thru cars fast) and 920 miles in during a road trip and my wife and I are really enjoying it. She was very reluctant to give up her 09 Mazda 6i GT at first but won't look back now.
