Going to buy Comp tires! Need fitment help!

Hey guys

Will 205/55/R16 tires fit on the FD rims(16x8)? Found a place that sells R compounds for $100 each tire but they only come in that size. LMK

im sure you can have someone stretch them but stock FD tires are 225/50/16. i would not use a 55 wall if i were you though. and yes they are 16x8's
