going badgeless...have one question

So today i wanted to take off the emblems on the trunk off completely. After a couple of minutes I popped them off with some fishing line and my hands. Now the problem is that you see the holes where the emblems get attached to the car. Seeing how retarded my back end looked with the holes I put everything back, ( but not before I spray painted the the Mazda3 and the Mazda symbol black =] ). So i guess my question is would i be able to cover up the holes with some touch up paint, or should I go to an autobody shop and have them do it?

The will have to fill it with bondo and repaint the entire trunk.
