Ok, so what's the tallest/fattest tires you can fit on the p5? Wheels are 17x7 +42. Lowered on tein s tech springs and tokico blue struts. Current tire size is 215/40/17, and not cutting it. Way too much wheel gap. It looks like FAIL. The next tires should nicely fill the gap. one such example:
now obviously, the fenders will have to be rolled, but that's not a problem. I know the pic of the evo is totally non-realistic, but it serves as an example. The car doesn't have to have the "slammed" look, I just want the fenders filled up nicely.
I've always been a fan of this car too:
Those are 205/55's on 16x7 +42. With my 17in wheel, would 215/45 would look at all comparable?
how about complete blasphmy... Can 225/45/17 be done on 17x7+42 with rolled fenders?
ALSO: weight in the rear is NOT AN ISSUE! Trust me
