Wow, I did something exactly like That with photo shop. Just take the pic of someone, fade it from the top in the direction that you want to see of the "ghost", reduce the opacity down to like 5-8% put it into the other pic, lower the resolution so you really cant make out details and voialla! You have a ghost picture. And vidios, all though a bit harder, You do esentially the same thing.
If you are rally good a developing photos, you can print the picture, dont set it though, then burn in a small part of the other photo giving you a ghost.
Or the even harder way, (this way usually makes he pictures look either really really dark or really really bright in contrast because of the exposure.) Take a picture, but it must be under exposed, DONT ADVANCE THE FILM (this only works on old fasiond cameras where you advance the film by a lever.) Take a picture of a person but it has to be really really underexposed so that the whole picture doesnt turn out a white blob. Develop the negative, print it, and you will have a "ghost" in the picture.
I'm sorry to sound like a nerd (even though i am one) But there are no true ghost pictures. Case closed. Now-adays you can minipulate anyone into beleiveing just about anything.
Oh BTW, I'm a woman mwahahahahahaha
HA bet you beleived that lol.
