getting speed tomorrow, question

OK thats what i thought, just didnt know if i had to do anything special. and i should change the oil from what the dealer is putting in it? getting it for like 24.6ishh OTD for 09 sport w/ sirius.

No leave the oil in for about 3000miles. Then switch to a synthetic of your choice. But ya baby it (under 4000rpm), don't travel at a certain rpm for too long for the first few hundred miles. Like if you travel on the highway, switch the speed/gears up. Dont floor it under 3000rpm after you break it in.

That seems high. What color? Read the manual on break in and use the factory oil for longer than 500 miles!

All of the above....just make sure you don't turn it off and walk away. Personally, I'm still a huge believer in letting turbos idle for a bit after driving them. I believe it's even in the manual to let it idle for 1 minute after normal driving and up to 3 minutes after long freeway trips or spirited driving.

true red. got it for 22.5 which was like right around invoice. Apparently NY is pretty gay with car prices

invoice is $21,956 including destination. you should be able to get it for about $1k under invoice, or around $21k + tax and license.

no need for synthetic oil. just follow manual.

for break in: just don't rev to >5k rpm too often especially when engine is cold.

i didnt rev over 4k during my break in of 600.

well i tried. my boy got me to race twice during my break in period. i felt guilty as s*** for days but it was all good.
