When you call Mazda America, you can get the operator's name or his ID number. In order to obtain what I have, the operators have contacted the engineers at Mazda Racing Beat and the company who perform the exterior modifications. I have found that the people at Mazda have been helpful in the past; example: found me replacement tires for less than $100.00 each, unlike the Dunlop which come on the car. Also, when you ask them something, they will actually get back to you in a timely manner. As far as dealer screwing you, some things you can't escape. I will post the projected cost of the factory upgrade in the future when I receive more info. and the after market designed upgrade I am currently looking into from John Haleymotorsports.
