General PR5 upgrade question

I know this is probably the most general question one could ask, but what are some good upgrade ideas to noticeably improve the performance of my PR5 w/out noticeably destroying my bank account. It's all stock except for a silly exhaust tip that was on the car when i bought it. I love my PR5, i've only had her for a few months but every day i just look at her and go "man i love my car" and i just want to make her drive even better than she does now. Oh, and does anyone have a way to get rid of the shaking that occurs at 80mph? I figured it's because it's so light, when my car is packed w/camping gear or something that adds a good amount of weight to it, it doesn't shake nearly as much. If there's nothing that can be done about it that's fine, figured i'd ask. Thanks again!

yeah, I love looking at my car, it's awesome. as for mods, search the forums, you'll see tons of post for low dollar upgrades. The first thing I did was intake. I took out the stock air box/snorkle and put a cone filter on the end of the pipe with a hole for the IAC. sounds nice without being loud.

as for the 80mph shakes, my car is pretty solid past 100, but I only went there a couple of times. I don't know what that's about, so I would suggest you slow it down just a little.

Go do a tire/wheel balance check.

Your tires need to be checked for balance, there is no way you should be shaking at 80 like that.

What's the IAC?

An IAC is an Idle Air Controller.

I think he meant IAT - Intake Air Temperature sensor.

Thanks for all your help guys! I was thinking of the intake, just worried about the warranty issue but I see that they has been dealt w/numerous times on here. Also thanks for the help w/my shaking, i'll definitely have to get that checked out, i notice that at times my alignment is a little off but other times it's not so i'll get to the mechanic and have that along w/the balance checked out shortly. I'm glad to see that there are other people out there that are as crazy about my car as me....... people at my job just don't seem to understand Thanks again, i love this website, it's such a great idea and a big help. any SRI/CAI should not cause any warranty problems......if you think it will, just put the factory intake back on......dealers are pretty cool with just a little intake work!
