Hey guys, this may be a stupid question, but I've heard that putting a BOV on a car reduces the gas mileage it gets, and I'm wondering if people here are having that problem...?
if you are cruising on the highway in 5th and dont have a firm spring in the bov the car will stumble because its cruising in 5th 3-4krpm and is right on the threshold of transitioning into boost from vac. depending on how much weight you have in the car will also lower this transition point so if you are cruising to your cottage and have the car loaded with friends and gear you will be wishing you had a firmer spring in while cruising in 5th around 120-130kmph.. relocating the maf will negate this altogether.
