It's a fake because the 9mm would have went through the barrel. And don't you think if the camera guys were shotting that and saw him pull out a gun they would have done something, run, yelled or something? Not to mention the other people on the street.

figure this, the gun he's using w/e it is, has to go through the man(at the angle he was at, almost the WHOLE man), then through the steel/aluminum that the box is made from which is probably about 1/4" thick.....

I had a drive by done to an aptment I lived in. A .22 cal pistol went through 1 door, 2 peaces of sheet rock, my door and then through the siding and sheetrook of another building. So 9mm, (from the looks of it) would have no problem. Plus a point blank shot would nock a grown man off his feet. Don't you think 4 or 5 point blank shots would at least move that can? Remember, it's not bolted down, and the guy inside is looking through the slot, he would have jump at the first sight of it.

It's NOT real.
