Fuel Pressure Gauge

Yea it's possible, but WAY too high. Is your car all stock? The only way you could have fuel pressure that high is either 1) your stock fuel pressure regulator (FPR) is shot or 2) you have an aftermarket rising rate fuel pressure regulator (RRFPR) installed that causes the fuel pressure to rise as the pressure inside the manifold increases.

Does it read a constant 80 psi or does it fluctuate?

Really we install an aftermarket fuel presure gauge. it would have to verify if 80 psi fluctuate, what might it to do to correct this

Where do you have the gauge located? Before or after the fuel rail? Any aftermarket fuel pressure regulators or fuel pumps installed?

We have a 1:1 rising rate fuel pressure ratio stock, so at WOT the fuel pressure should be around 60 to 70 psi max.
