fuel injector o-ring

i know theres a forum for this but i figured i might get quick help here - what needs to be taken off in order to get at the fuel injector o-rings? is it a long job? I'm good with motors, but i havent taken a good look at the MSP motor yet.

thats a long time for 4 bolts

Yeah, but this guy could be a ******' moron for all I know, hence the reason why I said 'at most' to the end of the sentence. Even the dubest person could do it in that amount of time.

I think that includes parking the car, grabbing tools, something to snack on, remove engine cover (4 nuts), remove (4) bolts for fuel rail, removing o-rings, installing, presure testing, and putting it all back together and up.
