I love hawaii.. we have a leash law here.. people get arrested if their dogs arent tied up.

I live in cali,and own a pitbull,I have my dog out front without a leash,and I get attempted assult charges.

BTW,my dog is sweet as hell,and better trained then most police dogs,yet my brothers golden retriever will tear you a new one.his plays with no leash all the time.

take the dog to the korean place down the street and get a couple of bucks towards the repair.

dogs are not part oft he family they are pets. they are not human they are animals. sure they might "love" us and we them but they are an animal. the dog shouldnt have been loose.
it would be one thing if he was driving too fast or on the sidewalk or in the yard the dog was in but if its a ditch or a dog you best believe the dog is going down.

A dog is a dog. That dog prolly cost $100, that mintblue kit cost a bit more than the dog and like I said above, dogs are eaten in other countries, what are you going to do about it?

Me...I would have went in the ditch, cause I love my dog and respect that other people probably love their dogs too.

I love my pitbull, shes like a child to me... and if for some reason she got out.. (i have a fenced in yard, but s*** happens, doesnt mean im irresponsible) and someone hit her, id HOPE they had the common decency to come tell me. I'd be heartbroken. Shes irreplaceable to me. I'm sorry about your car, but thats what car insurance is for. Peoples animals are like their kids. (shrug) But then again, I cry when I kill a frog...

If it was a neighborhoold, you should be driving cautiously expecting things like this to happen. Could have been a kid running after a ball or a dog chasing a squirrel.

If it's a highway, that would be a total suprise and might catch me off gaurd too...but I would still aim for a ditch.
