It does not come with instructions but install is very simple. Maybe a half hour if you take your time. Once you remove the stock ic, everything makes perfect sense. If you're concerned I could put something together for you to help guide you through the install.

This also a good time to install an aftermarket BPV (if you haven't yet). Shameless plug, but I'm also selling my Forge BPV in the main classifieds section

It looks like it just bolts right up. Do I need any gaskets or anything else to install it? Or can I just slap it on? Also, are you certain it doesn't leak?

No problem, thought I'd ask.
There is one gasket you reuse but it's very durable and you shouldn't have an issue. Yes, I'm certain it does not leak
