yes, it comes with everything in the box. Theres the release bearing, and also two other bearing looking things and the alignment tool.

To clarify, these are inserts that go inside your stock driver and passenger side motor mounts.

Yes I still have them! They are for both left and right side, you press them into the stock motor mounts.

PS. I also have a good driver side stock mount and a torn passenger side stock mount if anyone is interested. No idea on price so just make me an offer if you want them.
Autozone sells the stock mounts for $100+ each, I ended up going with the AWR 88 duro solid mounts for a bit more, now my car shakes like crazy!
