These will fit a MSP? I know bolt pattern is the same, but is the offset ideal for an avg lowered MSP? I currently have 18x7.5s, I think +45 ET....

John, they dont come with center caps...you can purchase those separate from enkei.

What method would you use to ship? It cannot be USPS since they forward EVERYTHING (packages, etc) to me here in Afghanistan.

But I am sure you would use UPS or FedEx anyway...

I responded to your PM. I dont know the opening of the centercap hole. You can either contact Tirerack or Goodwin racing on that, or I can take my digital caliper and measure it.
