Will these fit 2008 MS3 GT? Are they new or used? How many miles?

Yes. LOL they are for any mazda 3. I had them on my 08 speed for 2 yrs. 30k roughly. Its not like they wear out. Puts the ride height where it should have been from the factory. On the down low. LOL
