I have a set of wheels and tires from my daily driver for sale. The tires were purchased in April of 2009 and have about 15,000 miles on them. The wheels were purchased about the same time.
One wheel had a split in the rim when I purchased them...presumably from a pothole. My employer has a welding lab, and the split was repaired by a professional, qualified welder. It seals perfect and given me no issues through 2 sets of tires which have been installed and rotated through Discount Tire. I did not finish polishing the lip to perfection, but this could be done if you choose to take the time to do so. I've never had anyone notice it while commenting on the car. The attached picture is after the welding and before I smoothed out the weld. The weld is in the upper left corner. Other than this, there is no curb rash or major flaws to these wheels.
These wheels have been discontinued by Kazera, no longer manufactured at all and very hard to find used based on what I have searched online. They are quite possibly the best bang for you buck for a very lightweight wheel in this size: only 18.8lbs (my factory wheels weighed in at 24.0lbs...that was over 5lbs weight savings per corner for me!) I'm selling the wheels and tires together with center caps included, no lugs though.
What you get:
FOUR 18x7 KAZERA KZ-V WHEELS 5x114.3 - CENTER CAPS - NO LUGS (Lugs negotiable)
225/45ZR -18 BFGOODRICH G-FORCE SPORT XL
$650 OBO
