I need some help before I resort to just cutting off the bolt. I am trying to remove the top bolt of the front sway bar link. It's turning, but the entire bolt and thread are turning together, and staying in one place. I already hit it with PB Blaster since yesterday morning and the thing looks rusted all to hell. Any advice? I found a link on how to remove it but it says I need both 14MM socket and wrench, I am using the socket and not sure where the wrench comes in. Any help is appreciated before I saw off the bolt.(gah) I am not paying the local shop 1K to install these shocks, yea that's right, firestone said 1K to install the shocks, lol.

Somebody is having the same problem with the rear endlinks but they are the same design as the front so all the advice in that thread apply here as well.

The endlink bolt has an allen key hole in it. Try holding the bolt steady with an allen key and turn the nut with a wrench. You'll likely strip the allen key hole. If that happens, you'll have to destroy the endlink to get it off. Pick your weapon: hammer, dremel, teeth (kidding).

A grand to install shocks?! Tell them to go f*** themselves!

Sad part was it was more than a grand, more along like 1,500(notcool) Manager told me it was because of labor, I told him he was full of it and left. I rather labor for a week instead of paying that. Thanks for the advice, I finally looked closer and saw the allen head key. Now it back to work.
