Front Passenger turn Signal died at 3,500km

My front turn signal died and the vehicle is only at 3,500 KM. Should I be worried or bulbs fail and it happens?

That seems really, really early. I'd definitely keep an eye on it. Dealer should replace the bulb under warranty.
