That's rough on the holes. Mine was a local NC car and I dipped under it and looked to see if there was any major rust. To my delight there was none.

Motor mount on mine is shot. (Timing belt side of the engine). I can feel a slight vibration from it and it's tore partial way through. So it's getting replaced tomorrow.

Welcome aboard and cool score. I will 2nd the atf cooler advice and let you know my 94k sportauto stil is actually able to pull 30-31mpg mostly if driven normal and especially if driven normal without having to use the AC. Any kind of 70-75mph stuff with or without AC will drop the it down to 24-25mpg. Enjoy the new toy, she will love you long time when treated right and maintained.

Yeah side moldings on this car look real silly....not. It'll look much sillier with no side moldings and door dings instead. That depends on if you ever intend on parking anywhere other cars will be able to park next to you or not IMO. If you park where other cars park can park next to you leave them, if you are gonna make it a show car and treat it as such then yeah that'd be where they look silly.

I'm 19, but I don't see any sense to change stuff that the manufacture built, especially when this is my DD to work and school. Why those modifications? You'd only gain maybe 20? HP with all of those combined. I understand that's a lot but what's the point of spending money modifying a perfectly good engine? I'd much rather spend money on suspension parts and keeping the handling up.. more fun

The other side of that, I really don't have the money for those modifications, as I'm a full time student. Eventually though I may consider some.

Looking forward to the beach trip this weekend! Meeting some friends of mine for a drive on the outerbanks, NC Sunday. First long trip since I've had it!

rasp rasp and more rasp lol. intake and exhaust is fine. no need for cams and header lol. header will just add raspiness and cams are worthless imho. even with the mp3 ecu and a new (older) intake manifold, the amount of money spent for maybe 15hp isnt worth it lol. i wont lie though, i put a 2011 kia rio in its place yesterday. it wasnt a fair match but still
